dated decordisruptive noise
The room i got seemed a bit tired. the decor felt dated. i also had issues with noise. It was difficult to sleep due to some loud equipment or activity outside my window. it disrupted my rest , so i was frustrated.

Excellent stay near the parks

The boat service to the parks was a great convenience. The route was very pretty. The split bathroom was quite useful. The shower and toilet were in separate spaces. This setup allowed simultaneous use of the sink area.
I did not love that the in-room coffee was very generic. The coffee shop downstairs, however, provided a great cup of joe.

The gym included equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes, great for varied workouts. I appreciated that sun cream was available near the pool. There also was a nice coffee shop onsitewith great options.

The room was very bright and open, ensuring a comfortable environment. It featured two comfortalbe beds. I really enjoyed the large shower, and the lagoon view was amazing! everything looked very nice.

The room wasn't as clean as i expected. i found dust in several areas. It triggered my wife's allergies. also, the shower didn't work properly, water pressure was poor.

Convenient Location, Friendly Staff

The staff was excellent and friendly. The water taxi service offered easy access to the parks, especially Universal Studios.. it made getting around very convenient. We appreciated the short walk to Volcano Bay.
The coffee provided in the room was not my favorite.

The hotel has easy access to the parks through boat rides with a short distance to walk. Walking to Volcano Bay took only about ten minutes from the hotel, on a flat, easily accessible route for all guests.

The bar offers amazing Espresso Martinis crafted with chocolate flavored rum. The hotel's restaurant offers a special dinner service, perfect for a relaxed evening. A coffee shop downstairs provides a great cup of Joe for coffee enthusiasts.

The daily room service was acceptable and ensured the room was clean each day.
The room size was smaller than expected for a standard room. the bathroom door was a barn door and did not fully close. This provided very little privacy when using the toilet or showering. The lack of a coffee machine in the room was disappointing too.

i found the boat transportation to city walk efficient it saved considerable walking time. the room included a coffee maker with complimentary coffee which was a definite plus. i also appreciated the large television in the room it offered many channels.
the ice machine on my floor was out of service this was slightly inconvenient
